Turn-Around Time

Operation Hours: 12nn to 7pm daily EXCEPT SUNDAY, orders are shipped out typically within 24hrs after files are received. (Should you require your prints in less than 24 hours, there will be a 50% surcharge incurred before discount and vouchers applied).

Paper Material: Fuji Superior Archival Paper (Matte/Gloss)

Return and Refund Policy :

Printed products are "final sale" which is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Damaged goods due to shipping , is no fault of ours , and we are not responsible for a free exchange or refund.

Complaints on shipping should be directed to Singpost, or any chosen form of delivery.

Note:

- In the case of lost normal mail, we will do our best to assist you, but we still reserve the rights to decline liability at any point of the transaction.

- Proof of postage will be sent to you before mailing out.

- As much as we try to print your photos well, print quality is highly dependent on the source files supplied. File size is relative to resolution of photo. Do ensure that the source files provided are of acceptable quality; we recommend checking the file quality on a computer.

- Prints are not colour corrected, unless specified. Do inform us if you require.

- Please ensure your photo is scalable to the print size, otherwise cropping will occur and we

will not be responsible for any partial loss.
